Wipro has leased 1.45 lakh sq ft of commercial space in Mindspace Business Parks, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, for 5 years at a total rent of over ₹61 crore. This expands Wipro’s existing footprint in the business park, where it leased 3.87 lakh sq ft last year for 10 years.
The lease agreement starts on April 1, 2026, with a security deposit of ₹5.83 crore and a lock-in period of 36 months. The monthly rent starts at over ₹97 lakh, with a 5% annual increase [1].
Mindspace Business Parks in Airoli hosts several prominent companies, including Accenture, Cognizant, and IBM India. Wipro’s expansion reflects the growing demand for commercial space in Navi Mumbai.
