The Great Eastern Home has launched a new range of handcrafted ceramic lamps just in time for the festive season, blending timeless artistry with contemporary design. The collection celebrates Diwali — the festival of lights — through pieces that marry traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics.
The new series features two distinctive design narratives: sleek, Modernist-inspired table lamps, where warm wood harmonizes with sculpted ceramics, and Post Art Deco pieces, including playful cat-shaped lamps and elegant figurines of women — each reflecting Mumbai’s evolving design sensibility.
Every lamp is conceived at The Great Eastern Design Studio, beginning as a hand-drawn sketch before being brought to life by skilled artisans. The ceramics are sculpted, glazed, and kiln-fired for durability, then paired with fine wooden accents to achieve a refined, luminous finish.
More than just décor, these lamps embody the brand’s philosophy of creating functional art — pieces that illuminate while elevating living spaces.
The collection is available across all The Great Eastern Home stores and online.
