Enterprise-managed workspace provider Table Space has strengthened its leadership team in North America with the appointment of Elias Lindenberg as Principal Director โ Sales, Americas, as the company intensifies efforts to support global enterprises expanding their operations in India.
The appointment comes as Indiaโs Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem continues to witness robust growth, driven largely by multinational corporations establishing and scaling operations across the country. According to the NASSCOM-Zinnov GCC Landscape 2026 report, Indiaโs GCC ecosystem surpassed 2,117 centres in FY26, with 506 Forbes Global 2000 companies operating GCCs in the country.
Lindenberg will work alongside John Hogan, Chief Sales Officer, Americas, to deepen engagement with US enterprises evaluating or expanding their India operations. With Hogan based in Chicago and Lindenberg operating from San Francisco, Table Space has strengthened its presence across two major US business hubs that are increasingly driving GCC investment decisions.
The company said the move aligns with its long-term strategy of building a dedicated Americas team capable of supporting enterprises through the entire lifecycle of establishing, scaling and managing operations in India.
โElias joins at a moment when the relationship between US enterprises and India has never been more consequential,โ said Kunal Mehra, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Table Space. โAlongside John, he strengthens a leadership team that understands both the ambitions of global companies and what it takes to deliver against them on the ground in India. This appointment reflects how seriously we take the US as a market, not simply as a source of demand, but as a long-term partner in how enterprise workspace gets built in India.โ
Deep Enterprise Experience
Lindenberg brings more than 20 years of experience in global real estate and workplace strategy. Prior to joining Table Space, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Occupier Services at Colliers, where he led enterprise real estate strategies for multinational companies including 3M and SAP.
Before that, he spent nearly two decades with JLL, overseeing transactions for major corporations such as Cisco Systems, Procter & Gamble and Philips. He later led JLLโs Chile operations, where he reportedly tripled revenue and quadrupled headcount within two years.
Lindenberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Finance from Georgetown University.
Riding the GCC Wave
India continues to emerge as a preferred destination for multinational corporations seeking talent, operational efficiencies and innovation capabilities through GCCs. The sustained influx of US companies establishing or expanding centres in India has created growing demand for enterprise-grade workspace solutions capable of supporting large-scale operations.
Table Space believes this trend presents a significant opportunity for managed workspace providers that can offer flexible, fully managed and scalable office infrastructure tailored to the requirements of global enterprises.
โWhat drew me to Table Space is the chance to work at the intersection of two markets I know well,โ said Lindenberg. โGlobal enterprises are asking more sophisticated questions about how they operate in India today, and Table Spaceโs modelโenterprise-grade, fully managed, built for scaleโis well positioned to answer them. Iโm looking forward to working with John and the team to deepen those relationships.โ
The appointment underscores Table Spaceโs broader growth ambitions in the Americas and reflects increasing confidence among workplace solution providers in Indiaโs expanding role within global corporate real estate and GCC strategies. As multinational companies continue to strengthen their India footprint, industry observers expect demand for managed office infrastructure to remain a key enabler of the countryโs next phase of enterprise growth.
