Luxury real estate developer Supreme Universal has secured development rights for an approximately one-acre land parcel off Carter Road in Bandra West, with an estimated revenue potential of around โน1,500 crore.
The project marks another development for Supreme Universal in the Bandra West micro-market, following its projects including Supreme ArtHouse at Carter Road, Supreme Prana and Supreme ArtVeda at Pali Hill.
Envisioned as one of the taller residential towers in the neighbourhood, the development is planned with a range of lifestyle, wellness and work-oriented amenities. These include a pickleball court, private dining rooms, banquet hall, resort-style spa, conference and co-working facilities, wellness and fitness centre, private cinema and an ocean-facing terrace garden.
Sunny Bijlani, Joint Managing Director, Supreme Universal, said the project would feature sporting, wellness, social, work and entertainment amenities designed to extend residentsโ living experience beyond their homes.
The development further strengthens Supreme Universalโs presence in one of Mumbaiโs established luxury residential markets, with the company focusing on amenity-led residential projects in premium locations.
