The AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai’s ultra-luxury residential development, has welcomed its first residents, leveraging Penetron’s concrete waterproofing solution to ensure long-term protection against the harsh marine environment. The Penetron System was applied to repair and waterproof the concrete structures, safeguarding the AVA tower’s below-grade foundations and retaining walls.
With only 17 luxury units, the AVA offers breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and Dubai skyline. Its top-flight amenities include an infinity pool, wellness spa, and private beach access. The Sky Palace penthouse boasts a 33,407 ft² floorplan with an encircling infinity pool.
The AVA at Palm Jumeirah features 3- or 4-bedroom apartments (6,645-8,800-ft²/604-800-m²) or duplex (17,000-ft²/1,545-m²) layouts, each with a terrace, private pool, panorama windows, and 13-foot ceilings. The project is located on the Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island constructed with 94 million m³ of sand and 7 million tons of rock.
