Omaxe Group has announced substantial completion and full repayment of the SWAMIH-funded facilities for two key developments – The Lake, New Chandigarh, and Omaxe Shiva, Shiva 2, and Shiva 3 in Prayagraj. The company has fully repaid ₹80 crore, utilising only ₹70 crore of the sanctioned ₹229.20 crore facility as per a press release.
The Lake, New Chandigarh, is a premium group housing development with 1,402 units, while Omaxe Shiva, Shiva 2, and Shiva 3 in Prayagraj offer 304 independent floors. Omaxe utilised internal project cash flows for repayment, showcasing strong financial discipline and operational robustness.
