Nelson Home & Co., founded by Josh and Will Nelson, is preparing to officially open in September 2025, offering personalized and refined interior design services for clients throughout the tri-state area. The company will provide full-service interior design, including whole-home projects, single-room refreshes, holiday and seasonal decorating, event styling, and one-on-one design consultations.
The Nelsons bring a diverse mix of experience to the venture, with Josh having a background in sales leadership and brand strategy, and Will having experience in banking, graphic design, and cosmetology. Their goal is to make design feel both elevated and approachable, blending refined, timeless aesthetics with practical and livable designs.
In 2026, Nelson Home & Co. plans to launch its home staging services, focusing on helping real estate professionals and homebuilders prepare properties for quicker and more impactful sales. According to Josh, “When you stage a home with intent and design, the client can see their own vision when they walk through the door.” The company aims to be flexible and meet people where they are, whether they need a full redesign or a quick seasonal update.
