NBCC (India) has secured five orders worth Rs 665 crore, including a major redevelopment project in Ghaziabad. The Ghaziabad Development Authority has awarded NBCC a Rs 642.82 crore contract for Tulsi Niketan’s redevelopment. Other projects include renovating the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) in Hyderabad (Rs 4.05 crore), building a guest house for National Forensic Science University in Delhi (Rs 6.95 crore), and structural work for Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in Kanpur and Lucknow.
These orders boost NBCC’s growing project portfolio, contributing to a 26% rise in its net profit for the September 2025 quarter. “These orders demonstrate NBCC’s strong execution capability and growing footprint across diverse sectors,” the company said.
