Max Healthcare Institute has acquired a 1.68-acre freehold parcel in central Yerawada, Pune, for a proposed 450-bed hospital. The phased acquisition ensures regulatory compliance and financial prudence, with full ownership expected upon receipt of the occupancy certificate.
The hospital will include modern medical facilities, inpatient and outpatient care, and ancillary services, aligning with contemporary healthcare standards. Pune’s growing population and increasing private healthcare demand drive the expansion.
“Land-led hospital expansion in central urban areas secures patient accessibility and long-term investment value,” said a senior real estate analyst.
