Manglam Group has launched PinkWest, a ₹1,000-crore mixed-use commercial development on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway, positioning the project as a new commercial hub for West Jaipur.
Spread across nearly 13 lakh sq. ft., the development integrates retail, office, hospitality, dining and entertainment within a single master-planned destination. The project has already recorded more than ₹300 crore in sales and is projected to generate a development value of around ₹1,500 crore upon completion in 2029.
Designed as an integrated commercial ecosystem, PinkWest will comprise 287 retail units, 262 office spaces and a 220-key Sheraton hotel operated by Marriott International, alongside lifestyle and F&B offerings. The inclusion of an international hotel brand is expected to enhance the project’s appeal as a destination for business, leisure and events.
Located along the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway with connectivity to NH-48, Ring Road, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar and Mahindra SEZ, the project is positioned to benefit from West Jaipur’s expanding residential and commercial catchment.
ManglamManglam Group said the development has been planned around sustainable green building principles, reflecting growing demand for integrated, future-ready commercial destinations that combine workspaces, hospitality and experiential retail within a single precinct.
