Safdie Architects has unveiled plans for the Mandarin Oriental Residences in West Palm Beach, a luxurious residential waterfront landmark set to open in 2031. This marks the firm’s first standalone residential project in South Florida. The development, situated along the shoreline of West Palm Beach, promises an elevated living experience shaped by thoughtful design, sweeping waterfront views, and a deep sense of place.
The architecture embodies a vision of creating exceptional residential environments that integrate refined architecture, comfort, and a strong sense of place. The 31-story building comprises an exclusive collection of two- to four-bedroom homes, with two expansive multi-level private villas and a spectacular full-floor penthouse. Each residence features private elevator access and generous wraparound balconies framing sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Residents will experience a refined lifestyle with curated amenities, including rooftop lounges with a pool and private cabanas, a tranquil spa, and fitness center. The waterfront retreat unfolds as a resort-style pool, bar, cabanas, and sun loungers, all set within a private beach-inspired landscape. Vibrant amenities include pickleball courts, a garden lounge, and thoughtfully designed social spaces.
