Lohia Worldspace’s flagship luxury residential project Lohia One has won the Asia Pacific Property Award 2026–2027 in the Best Residential Development (20+ Units) – India category, while also being named a regional nominee in the Best Residential Development (20+ Units) – Asia Pacific category.
