K Raheja Corp, a leading Indian real estate conglomerate, has introduced ‘I-Lead’, a managerial development initiative aimed at enhancing people management capabilities of early-career managers across its group companies. Over 100 managers are participating in the first cohort, which focuses on strengthening core managerial competencies as per a press release.
The program is designed for professionals in Manager to Assistant General Manager grades, targeting skills such as team accountability, trust-building, goal-setting, effective delegation, and feedback conversations. ‘I-Lead’ blends structured learning with practical application, ensuring managers can apply management frameworks meaningfully in real-world situations.
Urvi Aradhya, CHRO, K Raheja Corp, said, “Managers form the operational backbone of our businesses. They directly influence how teams align, collaborate, and deliver. With ‘I-Lead’, we are investing in helping our managers build the right mindset and skills to lead teams with greater clarity, empathy and executional strength.”
The program is co-created with Basil Tree Consulting and delivered by experienced facilitators, featuring classroom sessions, reflection-led discussions, workplace application, and follow-up interventions.
