Jamshri Realty has unveiled Solapur’s first integrated luxury lifestyle district, spread over 15 acres, combining high-street retail, wellness and recreational spaces, modern office infrastructure, and sustainable residential living. The project, Jamshri City, is being developed on the legacy Jamshri Mills campus with a โน4,000 crore investment.
The development includes a mall with over 3,00,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a 100-key premium business hotel, a modern office tower, and a sustainable luxury residential township featuring energy-efficient architecture and integrated renewable power systems. Jamshri Ignite, a purpose-built business park, is adjacent to the lifestyle district.
The project is expected to generate over 4,000 direct and indirect jobs.
