Interarch Building Solutions, a Noida-based provider of turnkey steel construction solutions, has inaugurated its new heavy structural steel manufacturing facility at Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh.
The facility has been developed to cater to the growing demand for heavy and high-performance structural steel for projects where scale, precision and engineering complexity are critical. It will manufacture structural components for applications including high-rise buildings, data centres, semiconductor and electronics facilities, renewable energy projects, EV infrastructure and large industrial developments.
Spread across approximately 20 acres, Phase 1 of the facility has around 25,000 sq. m. of built-up area and an initial manufacturing capacity of 25,000 MT per annum. The plant is equipped with specialised equipment sourced from technology providers in Europe and India, enabling high-precision fabrication and the production of complex heavy structural members.
The remaining land has been earmarked for Phases 2 and 3, with civil works for Phase 2 currently underway.
The facility is equipped to undertake specialised fabrication requirements, including large-sized hot-rolled sections and plate girder structural members for projects with stringent engineering and dimensional specifications. The facility expands Interarchโs manufacturing portfolio beyond conventional PEB applications and strengthens its capabilities in heavy structural steel solutions.
The new facility complements Interarchโs existing manufacturing operations at Attivaram. The company had earlier commissioned Phase 2 of its PEB facility at the location, with an installed capacity of 25,000 MT per annum and an investment of about INR 32 crore.

Located in Andhra Pradesh, the facility will provide Interarch with a manufacturing base to service customers across South and West India. Its proximity to industrial clusters, ports and major transportation networks is expected to support the movement of materials and finished structures to project locations.
