Lokhandwala Minerva, also known as Minerva Tower, is India’s tallest completed building, standing at 300.6 meters in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi neighborhood. The 78-storey residential skyscraper holds an Indian Green Building Council Gold certification and features an all-steel construction system.
The building boasts luxury apartments with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and Mahalaxmi Racecourse. Amenities are distributed across multiple levels, catering to recreation, fitness, and social well-being. Designed by Hafeez Contractor, the project was developed by Lokhandwala Infrastructure with J+W Consultants as structural engineers.
Minerva Tower was completed in 2023 and currently ranks as India’s tallest completed building, reshaping Mumbai’s skyline as a benchmark for vertical residential living.
