The Furniture Makers’ Company’s third annual Online Christmas Charity Auction raised £9,515 for the industry’s dedicated charity. The online event featured over 25 donated lots from companies and individuals, with bidders competing for coveted items and experiences.
The funds will support educational initiatives, skills programmes, and welfare support for individuals and families connected to the furniture and furnishings trade. “Raising £9,515 demonstrates the generosity and strong community spirit of our supporters,” said Jonny Westbrooke, CEO of The Furniture Makers’ Company.
The charity thanks donors like Blum, Bensons for Beds, DFS, Ercol, and others for their contributions. The auction’s success showcases the industry’s commitment to supporting its community.
