This innovative solution aims to streamline back-of-house operations in cafรฉs while enhancing customer experience as per a press release.
The FPG Inline Barista addresses the growing need for efficient and ergonomic solutions in India’s rapidly expanding cafรฉ industry. Its design minimizes bending and strain, reducing fatigue and improving workflow. Key features include top-access design, high-capacity storage for multiple milk containers, and a pull-out drawer for easy inventory checks. The cabinet’s FIFO-ready layout ensures effortless stock rotation, while its compact footprint fits seamlessly into bustling cafรฉ counters.
The FPG Inline Barista maintains optimal temperature throughout the day, keeping milk at an ideal average core product temperature of +2ยฐC to +4ยฐC. It is energy-efficient, consuming only 0.04 kilowatt-hours per hour, and is fitted with eco-friendly refrigerant R290.
