Eversendai Corp Bhd has secured four new projects amounting to Malaysian Ringgit 400 million across Singapore and India. In Singapore, the group was awarded a project by Kajima Overseas Asia Singapore Private Limited for the Toa Payoh Integrated Development, comprising the construction of a polyclinic, library, sports facilities, stadium, town park, and basement levels. The group also secured several projects in India, among which includes a key initiative in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, for an Integrated Office Building aimed at establishing a centralised administrative hub. The contract wins reinforce Eversendaiโs position in large-scale, high-value engineering and quality construction across multiple regions.
In Mumbai, it received a contract from Larsen and Toubro Limited, Chennai, for the structural steel long-span works of the Prestige Tower Y development. Additionally, Eversendai has been contracted by The New Era Agencies Private Limited to deliver a high-rise residential building known as Dhuleva One 50 at Malabar Hill, Mumbai, on a cost-plus contract basis. The group said the new project wins underscore its proven capability in delivering large-scale, high-value engineering and quality construction projects, supported by its experienced technical teams across multiple regions. The diverse scope spans civic infrastructure in Singapore and complex structural steel and residential towers in India, highlighting demand for specialised engineering expertise.
Order Book Strength
The group wishes to reassure all stakeholders that it remains on a solid footing, underpinned by a strong order book, an active tender pipeline, and consistent demand for its engineering and construction expertise delivery projects without compromising on safety, quality and timely delivery. Eversendai remains confident of overcoming current challenges, supported by several potential project awards expected within the coming months. The Toa Payoh Integrated Development brings together healthcare, recreation, and community functions in a single precinct, requiring coordinated structural systems for the polyclinic and library, wide-span solutions for the stadium and sports facilities, and landscaped integration for the town park and basement levels.
The Amaravati Integrated Office Building in Andhra Pradesh is positioned as a centralised administrative hub, demanding efficient floor plates, secure access, and long-span column-free zones for operational flexibility. For Prestige Tower Y in Mumbai, the structural steel long-span works from Larsen and Toubro Limited involve complex fabrication and erection sequences typical of high-rise commercial developments, where deflection control and connection detailing are critical to facade and core coordination. Dhuleva One 50 at Malabar Hill, contracted by The New Era Agencies Private Limited on a cost-plus basis, requires precision in high-rise residential construction within a dense urban context, with logistics, safety, and quality control central to delivery.
Across these projects, Eversendaiโs technical teams are deploying regional experience in design-assist, connection engineering, and site installation to meet varied architectural and engineering briefs. The Singapore award with Kajima Overseas Asia Singapore Private Limited aligns with integrated civic design, where public facilities must perform to stringent safety and durability standards while supporting high footfall and mixed-use programming. In India, the combination of government-linked infrastructure in Amaravati and private-sector towers in Mumbai reflects a balanced portfolio of institutional and commercial work. The cost-plus contract structure for Dhuleva One 50 provides transparency on material and labour deployment, which is often preferred for bespoke luxury residential towers with evolving interior and facade specifications.
The Malaysian Ringgit 400 million in new awards adds visibility to Eversendaiโs 2026 pipeline and supports resource planning across fabrication yards, engineering offices, and project sites. With an active tender pipeline and several potential project awards expected within the coming months, the group is leveraging its track record in structural steel, composite systems, and integrated project delivery. The emphasis on safety, quality, and timely delivery remains central to execution, particularly for the stadium and town park components in Toa Payoh and the long-span elements in Prestige Tower Y. For interior and architectural teams coordinating with Eversendai, the structural clarity provided by early engagement enables better alignment of services, finishes, and lighting with the primary frame. The Singapore and India wins demonstrate continued demand for engineering contractors capable of delivering complex geometry, accelerated schedules, and multi-stakeholder coordination across public and private developments.
