Gurugram-based Elan Group is investing ₹1,600 crore in Elan The Statement, an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 49. The six-acre project features 230 four-bedroom residences across five towers, with unit sizes ranging from 4,300 to 4,500 sq ft. Designed by London-based Benoy, the project boasts a metal-and-glass façade and premium amenities.
“Elan The Statement addresses the demand with spacious layouts, curated amenities, and a striking golden glass façade,” said Vineet Dawar, President, Sales and Strategy, Elan Group.
The project is part of Elan Group’s ₹15,000 crore portfolio, including 15 projects across Gurugram and New Delhi, spanning 25 million sq ft.
