CREDAI Hyderabad has announced the Hyderabad Property Show 2025, scheduled from August 15 to 17 at HITEX Exhibition Centre. The event will showcase a wide range of RERA-approved residential and commercial projects from over 70 member developers under the theme “The Choice is Yours.”
Visitors can explore a curated selection of apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces across various locations in Hyderabad—all under one roof. The event aims to simplify the home-buying process by enabling buyers to compare under-construction and ready-to-move-in properties, from affordable housing to premium offerings.
The show will also feature cultural performances, expert sessions, and food stalls, making it a comprehensive experience for attendees.
CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy highlighted that property registrations in the city crossed INR4,300 crore in May 2025—a 14% year-on-year growth—driven by strong infrastructure, consistent demand, and supportive government policies. President-elect B. Jagannath Rao noted that Hyderabad continues to attract investment across IT, pharma, defence, and EV sectors.
General Secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy and Convenor Kurra Srinath emphasised that the show is designed to offer buyers credible, RERA-compliant options, while capitalising on the recent RBI repo rate cut that may make home loans more affordable.
