CRC Group has engaged CBRE to provide facility management services for its upcoming commercial development, CRC The Flagship, in Noida. The project, spanning approximately 2.4 million sq. ft., is a next-generation Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) development with Grade A+ office spaces, curated retail, food and beverage offerings, and hospitality infrastructure.
Project Overview
The development is being master-planned by Benoy, UK, with architectural inputs from RSP and Vastunidhi Architects. The project is expected to be delivered in the 3rd quarter of this year and has been designed to support high-intensity corporate use. The planning framework emphasizes efficient office layouts, clear circulation, walkability, and long-term operational resilience.
