Brigade Hotel Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (BHVL), the hospitality arm of the Brigade Group, reported a strong second quarter for FY26 with total revenue of INR130 crore, up 20% year-on-year, and PAT rising 58%to INR11 crore, driven by robust business momentum and lower finance costs. EBITDA grew 9% to INR41 crore, while revenue from operations reached INR126 crore.
Average Room Rate (ARR) rose 14% YoY to INR 7,106, and RevPAR grew 13% to INR5,374 with occupancy at 75.6%. F&B revenue climbed 14% to INR 42 crore. Bengaluru led performance with ARR at INR 8,738 and RevPAR at INR6,807.
For H1 FY26, BHVL recorded INR255 crore in total revenue, up 21% YoY, and PAT of INR18 crore.
Managing Director Nirupa Shankar said, “Our focus on pricing strategy, guest experience, and asset optimization continues to drive strong results. With an investment of INR3,600 crore, we aim to add nine new hotels (1,700 keys) and double our portfolio to 18 hotels (3,300 keys) by FY30.”
