New Properties to Debut in Summer 2026
Boston-based hospitality investment company Blue Flag Capital has unveiled a striking expansion of its portfolio, introducing four design-centric hotel openings that promise to redefine the landscape of luxury living. The new properties, set to debut in summer 2026, showcase a harmonious blend of local character, cultural heritage, and cutting-edge design. The quartet includes Faraway Jackson Hole, Faraway Sag Harbor, Hotel Corduroy in Montauk, and Oyster Estate in Greenport, each carefully crafted in collaboration with renowned interior design firms and architects.

– Faraway Jackson Hole: A contemporary mountain aesthetic hotel with 90 rooms and suites, 48 residences, and amenities like a year-round indoor/outdoor pool and direct ski access.
– Faraway Sag Harbor: A boutique hotel with 67 rooms, featuring layered coastal interiors and a pool and terrace, embodying Sag Harbor’s harbourfront lifestyle.
– Hotel Corduroy: A high-design beachside retreat with 29 contemporary styled guestrooms, a private beach, and an expansive central lawn space.
– Oyster Estate: A boutique hotel with 34 rooms, drawing inspiration from the nautical history of its setting in downtown Greenport, NY, featuring a courtyard pool and patio.
