Ashtech Group has officially entered the real estate sector with a Rs 1,800 crore luxury housing project in Greater Noida West. The project will be built on a 5.6-acre plot in Sector 12, acquired for approximately Rs 300 crore. Strategically located next to an 8-acre authority park, the site offers enhanced lifestyle appeal and connectivity. The development will feature premium residences designed by an international architect, incorporating landscaped green spaces, luxury amenities, and sustainability-driven features.
