Adore Group has unveiled its ultra-luxury residential project, ‘The Select Premia’, in Sector 76, Faridabad. Spanning 5.47 acres, the development features 190 exclusive 4BHK apartments with servant quarters, aimed at redefining luxury living in the region. The company plans to invest INR800 crores in this landmark project.
The land for the project was acquired in 2023 through an auction by Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and is fully paid for, reflecting the Group’s financial commitment.
