GAP Group, a developer in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), has announced the launch of GAP Co-Working Space, the city’s first dedicated co-working facility located directly opposite the upcoming Tata Semiconductor FAB in Dholera’s Activation Area.
Spread across 4,128.92 square metres in a G+1 structure within GAP Group’s Akhilam Township, the project is designed as a plug-and-play business environment aimed at supporting companies entering Dholera’s rapidly expanding industrial ecosystem.
Facility highlights
| Total built-up area | 4,128.92 sq m (G+1) |
|---|---|
| Co-working capacity | 400 seats |
| Conference hall | 200 seats |
| Food court | 200 seats |
| Additional facilities | Executive business cabins, training and collaboration spaces, recreational areas, and business support infrastructure |
The facility is expected to become operational by October 2026 and is intended to provide immediate office infrastructure for semiconductor manufacturers, vendors, EPC contractors, consultants, and project teams establishing operations in the region.
Its proximity to the Tata Semiconductor FAB is expected to reduce operational lead times, improve collaboration among stakeholders, and support the broader ecosystem of suppliers, contractors, training partners, and support organisations expected to enter Dholera in the coming years.
“Dholera is entering a defining phase of its growth journey. As large-scale industrial investments begin translating into on-ground operations, there is an urgent need for supporting infrastructure that enables businesses to establish themselves quickly and efficiently. GAP Co-Working Space has been conceptualised to fulfil this requirement and provide companies with a ready platform to participate in Dholera’s growth story from day one,” said Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director, GAP Group.
The launch adds to GAP Group’s portfolio of developments in Dholera and reflects the increasing demand for business infrastructure as the semiconductor and industrial ecosystem in the region continues to expand.
