Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi visited Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) to review ongoing infrastructure developments and assess the readiness of residential and commercial ecosystems supporting the region’s rapid industrial growth.
During the visit, Sanghavi, along with senior government officials, toured GAP Group’s Akhilam township located within Dholera’s Activation Area. Company representatives briefed the delegation on the project’s progress and its planned contribution towards meeting the future accommodation and lifestyle requirements of the region.
The delegation reviewed the township’s studio apartments, co-working spaces, and food court facilities, while discussions also focused on the growing need for quality residential and lifestyle infrastructure as industrial investments continue to accelerate in Dholera.
Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi highlighted the importance of timely project execution and indicated that Dholera is expected to witness rising demand for ready-to-move accommodation in the coming years.
During the site inspection, GAP Group officials also showcased the construction of one of the largest RCC raft foundations for a residential development in Dholera, underlining the scale of infrastructure being developed within the township.
Commenting on the visit, Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director, GAPGroup, said the engagement reflects increasing government focus on Dholera’s development and strengthens confidence among developers and investors. Chairman GopalGoswami added that the company’s projects are aligned with the broader vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and aim to support Dholera’s emergence as a major industrial and urban destination.
