Gurugram-based startup Officebanao has secured $3.76 million in funding led by Lightspeed, with participation from Mangum II and Medra Family. The deal was raised in two tranches, with the first tranche completed in May-June 2025 and the second in January-February 2026. The funding round valued Officebanao at โน522.7 crore ($56.5 million) pre-money.
Officebanao, founded by Tushar Mittal, Akshya Kumar, and Divyanshu Sharma, operates a tech platform connecting architects, designers, contractors, and furniture suppliers for office makeovers. The startup caters to projects ranging from โน10 lakh to โน5 crore and has delivered over 200 projects across 40+ cities in India.
The company’s revenue has grown significantly, from โน22 crore in FY23 to โน138 crore in FY25, with a target of โน225 crore in FY2025-26. This funding will enable Officebanao to accelerate its growth in the office interiors space, expand its services, and strengthen its technology and team.
