Hansem has launched an interior curation service that allows homeowners to design the colors and materials of their homes around a single concept, instead of selecting wallpaper, flooring and furniture individually.
Hansem (009240.KS), a home interior company, announced on the 14th that it is introducing “Hansem Interior Mood,” a service focused on creating overall harmony within a living space.
The service combines the matching of color, material and finish (CMF), making it easier for customers to select materials while enhancing consistency and the overall finish of the home. Hansem said the service reflects growing interest in “seamless design,” which focuses on connections between materials as more homeowners place greater importance on the texture and color harmony of natural materials such as wood and stone.
Traditionally, customers had to select the colors and materials of wallpaper, flooring, films and furniture separately when completing an interior project. Small differences in color and texture between materials could result in a less cohesive overall appearance after construction.
To address this issue, Hansem said its remodeling product developers analyzed recent housing trends and material CMF to create four moods that can be applied throughout an entire space. The concept is to bring key interior elements—including kitchens, flooring, wallpaper, films, tiles, marble and interior partition doors—together under a single design theme.
“Mood 01” centers on white, adding natural texture to create a clean and cozy atmosphere. “Mood 02” combines ivory-toned textured wallpaper with natural wood for a relaxed space. “Mood 03” pairs a warm greige tone with grayish-brown wood and a walnut kitchen to add depth. “Mood 04” builds a calm, quiet atmosphere around restrained gray and stone textures such as ceramic and tile.
The service also offers a 3D design feature so customers can preview a finished space before construction. Through Hansem’s 3D space simulation program, “Home Planner,” customers can apply the four moods to the actual floor plan of their home and see what the space will look like after the work is done.
“We have moved away from combining materials individually and introduced a new solution that uses experts’ CMF packages, so that anyone can achieve a polished interior without missteps,” a Hansem official said. “Through ‘Hansem Interior Mood,’ customers will be able to experience their own ideal space in advance.” (Source: Seoul Economic Daily)
