Realty developer Stonecraft Group on Monday announced a major foray into integrated township development in Telangana, earmarking an investment of INR 300 crore for a sprawling 110-acre project near the revered pilgrimage centre of Yadagiri Gutta.
The Hyderabad-based firm, which currently has over 335 acres (14.5 million sq ft) under development, estimates the 110-acre townshipโdubbed Temple Townโto generate a substantial revenue potential of INR 1,100 crore, reflecting the high demand in the regional property market.
The projectโs strategic design splits the development into two distinct phases:
-
Residential Plots (90 Acres): The company will offer residential plots across 90 acres of the land parcel, targeting a revenue realization of approximately INR 500 crore.
-
Senior Living (20 Acres): In a nod to the growing demand for specialized housing, the remaining 20 acres will be dedicated to a Senior Living project. This will feature 333 independent homes, projected to contribute INR 600 crore in estimated revenue.
Kirthi Chilukuri, Founder and Managing Director of Stonecraft Group, highlighted the market strategy. “The 110-acre integrated development, Temple Town, reflects our commitment to creating spaces that honour India’s spiritual roots while meeting the aspirations of today’s homebuyers,” Chilukuri stated.
She further emphasized the commercial viability, noting the company is observing “a growing interest in owning homes near revered religious destinations,” positioning the Yadadri township strategically within this trend.
The total investment required to execute this ambitious Telangana real estate project is pegged at INR 300 crore, underscoring Stonecraft’s significant commitment to expanding its footprint in the stateโs high-growth corridors.
