Mahindra Lifespaces Developers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Projects to collaborate on the Mahindra Vista project in Kandivali, Mumbai. Tata Projects will serve as the construction partner, leveraging advanced technologies, sustainable materials, and digital project management systems to ensure timely delivery, quality, and reduced carbon footprint.

The collaboration will focus on sustainable, tech-driven construction practices, setting new benchmarks in India’s real estate sector.
