Perceptive Ideas has announced the successful completion of its structural consultancy work for Aurika, Mumbai International Airport, the luxury hospitality project by Lemon Tree Hotels.
Located in Mumbaiโs Skycity area near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 2, the upscale hotel is positioned as one of Indiaโs prominent luxury hospitality developments.
The property features 669 rooms and suites along with premium amenities including fine-dining restaurants, banquet and conference facilities, a spa, fitness centre and a rooftop swimming pool. The design draws inspiration from Mumbaiโs architectural heritage and mid-century modern aesthetics, blending classic elegance with modern luxury.
Perceptive Ideas provided structural consultancy and design services for the project, focusing on foundation planning, durable structural systems and integration with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and architectural components to ensure long-term safety and operational efficiency.
According to the company, the project presented several engineering complexities due to its large scale, premium architectural specifications and densely populated urban location. To address these challenges, the consultancy adopted a value-driven and performance-oriented engineering approach aimed at supporting the projectโs architectural vision while maintaining functionality and structural reliability.
Ajay Gupta said the Aurika project represents a major milestone in Indiaโs luxury hotel sector and reflects the companyโs focus on technical excellence, innovation and collaborative execution in complex urban developments.
The completion of the project further strengthens Perceptive Ideasโ presence in the hospitality and commercial infrastructure segments, showcasing its expertise in delivering structural solutions for large-scale landmark developments.
