Developed by House of Hiranandani in collaboration with Ajay Devgn, the multiplex introduces a purpose-built cinematic environment into a large-scale residential ecosystem—reshaping how leisure is embedded into urban masterplans.

Located within Bellona Tower, the multiplex integrates seamlessly into the retail spine of The Walk, a curated high-street format that already accommodates dining, wellness and lifestyle functions.
This positioning reflects a shift in architectural thinking—placing entertainment anchors within pedestrian-friendly commercial corridors rather than isolating them as standalone structures. The result is a more fluid transition between retail, leisure and social interaction zones.
Interior Design Focused on Immersive Experience
With five screens and a seating capacity of 953, the cinema’s interior design is guided by principles of acoustic optimisation, visual immersion and spatial comfort.
The use of Dolby sound and advanced projection systems is complemented by controlled lighting, material layering and seating ergonomics that enhance the sensory experience. Contemporary multiplex design increasingly prioritises not just technology, but also tactile and atmospheric qualities that influence audience engagement.

In the context of Thane, where large residential townships continue to expand, the integration of a multiplex within a 375-acre development housing over 10,000 families reflects a broader urban design trend.
