Greenlam Industries Limited, a leading laminate manufacturer, has reported its Q1 FY26 financial results. The company witnessed a growth of 11.4% year-over-year in net revenues, reaching โน673.8 crores. The domestic business drove this growth, with a 22.2% increase led by all categories, including chipboard. According to Mr. Saurabh Mittal, Managing Director and CEO, “The first quarter of FY 2025-26 has started on a strong note, with continued momentum and a decent revenue growth of 11.4% year-on-year.”
The company’s EBITDA before forex fluctuations stood at โน54.7 crores, a decline of 14.5% year-over-year due to initial operating losses in the chipboard business. Despite this, the company reported a net loss of โน15.7 crores, primarily due to a notional loss of โน18.8 crores on account of EUR-denominated loan for the chipboard project and higher interest costs. Mr. Mittal further added, “We remain committed to introducing technologically advanced, industry-first products that empower our customers to create more inspiring and elevated spaces.”
The company’s working capital discipline remains intact, with Q1FY26 at 59 days versus 65 days in Q1FY25. The chipboard production lines have been successfully stabilized, and the product is receiving positive feedback from the market. The company is committed to quality, environmental responsibility, and innovation.
