Cielo Tower Nagpur is a 12-storey residential building designed by Sanjay Puri Architects, showcasing a blend of sustainability and architectural innovation. Located on a compact 900-square-meter site, Cielo Tower Nagpur features a total built-up area of 3,600 square meters.
The building’s design prioritizes natural ventilation, minimizing reliance on mechanical cooling systems. Each four-bedroom apartment has three bedrooms at the corners, with the kitchen forming the fourth corner, allowing optimal cross-ventilation. The living spaces are centrally located, creating a focal social interaction area.
Cielo Tower Nagpur incorporates sustainable features like rooftop solar panels, water harvesting, and recycling systems, reducing its environmental footprint. The building’s faรงade features curved, screened bays that provide shade, reduce heat gain, and create a sculptural quality.
