Brigade Group has signed Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) for two new residential projects in Moti Nagar—Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3. These follow the success of Brigade Citadel and mark the Group’s continued expansion in Hyderabad, a key growth market in South India.
Together, the projects span approximately 1 million sq. ft. of development area with a revenue potential exceeding INR 970 crore.
