Asian Granito India Limited (AGL) is set to strengthen its presence in the building materials sector, supporting its vision of becoming a Rs 5,500 crore company by 2030. The company, a leading Luxury Surfaces and Bathware Solutions brand, has signed Bollywood Superstar Ranbir Kapoor as its brand ambassador and launched the “Premium Ka Pappa” campaign as per a press release.
AGL’s Executive Director, Bhavesh Patel, shared insights into the company’s journey and future goals, stating, “What began with a small-scale production facility in Idar, has now spanned into multiple large-scale production units, employing over 6000 people.” The company has registered the AGL brand across 36 product categories, reinforcing its commitment to diversify into building materials beyond tiles.
With a strong pan-India distribution and retail presence, AGL operates 80 exclusive display centers and has over 277 franchise showrooms across major cities. The company’s brand-building efforts are expected to increase brand-driven demand by at least 30% with Ranbir Kapoor’s association. Additionally, AGL’s Bonzer7 brand has onboarded actress Vaani Kapoor for its “Kya Baat Hain” campaign, targeting younger audiences.
On the financial front, AGL reported a consolidated net profit of Rs. 20.24 crore for FY25, with consolidated net sales growing 1.8% to Rs. 1558.52 crore. EBITDA stood at Rs. 75.72 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 4.90%. Exports rose 19% year-over-year to Rs. 291 crore.
