Real estate sales and marketing platform JUSTO RealFintech Limited has expanded its Pune portfolio with four new residential and commercial project mandates having a combined estimated value of approximately โน689 crore.
The new assignments include Truespace Wakad by Atharva Developments, valued at around โน120 crore, and a new residential project by Royal Realty in Rahatani, with an estimated value of โน142 crore. The company has also secured mandates for Puneville by Pharande Spaces in Punawale, valued at approximately โน210 crore, and L Axis by Pharande Promoters and Builders in Moshi, with a project value of about โน217 crore.
A notable aspect of the latest additions is that three of the four mandatesโRoyal Realty’s Rahatani project, Puneville and L Axisโcome from existing developer partners, highlighting continued confidence in JUSTO’s execution capabilities and long-term engagement model.
The new projects strengthen the company’s presence across Pune’s key residential and commercial micro-markets, including Wakad, Rahatani, Punawale and Moshi, areas that continue to witness steady real estate activity driven by infrastructure development and end-user demand.
