Vascon Engineers Ltd. has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) to build a Super Specialty Hospital in CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The project, valued at โน260.09 crore (including GST), is scheduled for completion within 36 months and will deliver a state-of-the-art healthcare facility equipped with advanced medical infrastructure and MEP systems.
This landmark contract strengthens Vascon’s order book, currently standing at โน2,800 crore, representing a healthy 2.8x coverage of FY25 EPC revenues. With the ability to execute approximately 8 million sq. ft. annually and operating at 90% utilization, Vascon is well-positioned to deliver upcoming infrastructure projects.
