ESR, a leading Asia-Pacific real asset manager, is investing Rs 600 crore in an 85-acre industrial park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The ESR Hosur Advanced Manufacturing Park will span 2.1 million sq. ft. and feature 10 industrial buildings catering to sectors like advanced manufacturing, electronics, and clean energy.
This strategic project will strengthen ESR’s presence in South India’s industrial corridor, supporting R&D-led industries and offering multimodal connectivity to key cities like Bengaluru and Chennai.
The park aligns with ESR’s ESG 2030 roadmap, incorporating green building standards and renewable energy.
