Home décor brand Vedas Exports has announced plans to accelerate its growth by deepening its presence in India’s Tier-II cities, following strong sales during the Diwali season. Founded by Palash Agrawal in 2018, the company—known for its handcrafted designs that blend traditional Indian artistry with modern aesthetics—has identified smaller urban centres as key to its next growth phase.
After the successful launch of flagship stores in Jamshedpur and Ranchi earlier this year, both of which exceeded performance expectations, Vedas Exports is now targeting 12 stores nationwide by the end of 2026. The expansion will be driven through a mix of company-owned and franchise-operated outlets, with new stores planned across Central and Eastern India, including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand.
The company’s strategy focuses on leveraging rising disposable incomes, growing aesthetic awareness, and limited market saturation in Tier-II regions. By scaling operations in these emerging markets, Vedas Exports aims to establish a sustainable retail model that balances heritage craftsmanship with modern retail efficiency.
