Design Mumbai, India’s most anticipated international design show, is set to return to Jio World Garden from November 26-29, 2025, for its second edition. This year’s exhibition promises an extraordinary range and caliber of participating brands, guest speakers, and exclusive design features, uniting international visionaries with India’s most exciting talent.
The show will feature exclusive design collaborations, including an award-winning Spanish designer Lucas Muรฑoz Muรฑoz, who will design THE Park Hotels Cafรฉ on site using repurposed materials from the hotel group’s refurbishment projects. Additionally, the Australian Institute of Architects will bring its annual conference to Mumbai, coinciding with the show, and delegates will participate in Design Mumbai Exchange, the show’s acclaimed talks program.
Design Mumbai will showcase new international brands, including Natuzzi, which will present Mirai, a sofa collection by Andrea Steidl inspired by 13th-century Federician architecture of Puglia. String Furniture will celebrate its iconic String System, a modular classic that remains adaptable and elegant today as it was over 70 years ago. Blรฅ Station, a Swedish brand, will also join the lineup, showcasing its unique designs. Sabbi will introduce stainable micro-concrete furniture inspired by wabi-sabi philosophy, including its Shelter Bookshelf, while Racconti, a high-end furniture company, will showcase the Eterno collection, created by five renowned Italian designers.
The show will also highlight emerging talent, with design school Istituto Marangoni returning with a showcase of five alumni. The Emerging Designers Pavilion, designed by Jasmine Jhaveri, will spotlight rising stars, including Studio Abrash, Wannas Design Atelier, Studio Klay, and Trnkts3D.
Decorative interiors and textiles will also be featured, with FAZO Project returning with contemporary rugs crafted using age-old weaving techniques. Venjara Carpets will debut with sustainable PET rugs woven in Bhadohi, India’s capital of carpet weaving. Threadarte will bring experimental textiles made from waste materials, transformed into architectural installations and tactile surfaces. Shaman Ideas will reimagine geometric forms as dynamic three-dimensional sculptures.
