Project: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya, Bihar – Phase I
Rama Civil India Construction Pvt. Ltd. (RICPL) executed the Permanent Campus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya, Bihar – Phase I on an EPC basis for the Central Public Works Department (CPWD).
Engineering and Design Context
The project was executed end-to-end by RICPL with an integrated approach, covering design coordination, structural execution, services installation, and external development. The IIM Bodh Gaya campus showcases a cohesive, modern design influenced by the academic heritage of Nalanda and the vernacular spirit of Magadh. Anchored by an elliptical masterplan spine, the campus connects administrative, academic, and residential blocks, enabling ease of access and collaborative engagement among students and faculty.
