Runwal Enterprises has inaugurated R Club, a 1.21 lakh sq. ft. lifestyle clubhouse at Runwal Garden City, Dombivli, making it the largest of its kind in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Part of the 250-acre township on Kalyan-Shil Road, the clubhouse has been designed as the social and recreational hub for over 5,000 families already residing in the project. Featuring three swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, aqua gym, yoga and mindfulness zones, podcasting studios, indoor sports arenas, a creche, private theatre, and a restaurant, R Club aims to set a new benchmark for community living in integrated townships.
The Independence Day launch drew over 8,000 visitors across the opening weekend.
“R Club is not just about amenities, it’s about creating spaces that bring people together. Our vision has always been to move beyond building homes to building communities,” said Subodh Runwal, CMD, Runwal Enterprises.
