Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced that its Buildings and Factories business has won multiple large orders in India and overseas, valued between ₹2,500 crore to ₹5,000 crore. These projects further strengthen L&T’s portfolio in urban infrastructure and sustainable energy.
In India, L&T secured contracts from the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority to execute major developments in Amaravati. The projects include constructing an integrated State Secretariat and Head of Department offices, and 21 residential towers. The scope of work includes RCC shell and core structures, architectural finishes, electrical and plumbing works, and external works such as roads and landscaping.
In Mumbai, L&T bagged an order from a private developer to build two high-end residential towers reaching up to 200 meters. The project involves RCC shell and core structures for the luxury high-rises. L&T’s Oman division also clinched a repeat order for a premium office space in Muscat, involving the construction of three identical towers and a central landscaped plaza.
Additionally, L&T will establish India’s largest green hydrogen plant for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) at the Panipat refinery in Haryana. The plant will supply 10,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually for 25 years.
