This stunning villa, designed by Antonio Baroncelli of MetroArea Architetti Associati studio, seamlessly integrates into the natural landscape, creating a harmonious dialogue between nature, tradition, and contemporary design.
Organic Architecture
The villa’s architectural concept is inspired by the natural contours of the hillside, with multiple levels that adapt to the terrain. Large glass walls slide along the volumes, bringing in light, greenery, and sky, while creating a sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. The central patio, reminiscent of ancient Roman impluvium, collects rainwater that flows down a waterfall and into a stream connecting the two outdoor pools.
Mediterranean Heritage Meets Contemporary Design
The residence reinterprets Mediterranean heritage through a contemporary lens, featuring canopies and hanging gardens that create a sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. The three-level villa is designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, with each level offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
