Saudi Arabia is poised to become a global tourist hotspot, with the kingdom investing billions of dollars in extraordinary architectural projects. The latest development, Discovery Tower, promises to outshine even the Eiffel Tower in scale and design.
Located within the Neom mega-project, Discovery Tower is a crystal-like structure designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Zaha Hadid Architects. The tower’s summit will sit atop a mountain, offering breathtaking views over an artificial lake below. At 330 meters tall, Discovery Tower will make a bold statement against the desert sky.
Discovery Tower is not only about its stunning visual appeal; it’s a symbol of Saudi Arabia’s future as a leader in cutting-edge tourism and technology. The building will feature a mix of luxury retail stores, gourmet restaurants, and unique artistic and technological experiences.
Trojena, a year-round ski resort within Neom, will be another major attraction. The resort will host the 2029 Asian Winter Games and feature over 36 kilometers of ski slopes, luxury accommodations, and artificial snow technology.
Neom’s ambitious projects have already begun to take shape, with construction on The Line, Oxagon, Sindalah, and Trojena underway. The region has invested in essential infrastructure, including roads, an airport, and public services. Saudi Arabia has also committed to green energy, investing in the creation of the world’s largest green hydrogen plant.
As Saudi Arabia transforms into a world leader in tourism, technology, and sustainable living, Discovery Tower and Trojena will be at the forefront, making the kingdom a must-visit destination for travelers worldwide.
