UK-based Timber Floor Studio, suppliers of hardwood, engineered and laminate flooring, has relocated to a new site in Chesterfield. Salloway Property Consultants was instructed by its landlord client to help find a suitable tenant for the site. The premises, next to an existing trade counter unit, includes around 2,200 sq ft of showroom space, including office facilities.
William Speed of Salloway Property Consultants, who agreed the deal on behalf of a private client, said: โItโs great to be able to facilitate a move for a local company in Chesterfield. Timber Floor Studio have showrooms in Doncaster, Worksop and Chesterfield, but the Chesterfield move is a real upgrade for them, moving into a much more prominent unit beside the A61.โ
