Saint-Gobain Gyproc India partners with Latur based Pratham Foundation to build skilled workforce

Saint-Gobain Gyproc India has announced the expansion of its collaboration with Pratham Foundation, establishing a third training institute in Latur, Maharashtra. As the industry partner, Saint-Gobain aims to empower individuals from the South-east region of Maharashtra by providing them with industry-relevant skills in the Drywall and False-Ceiling trades. The training will be offered free of cost, ensuring that candidates from all socio-economic backgrounds can enhance their skills and improve their employment prospects. Participants will also receive placement assistance upon completing the program.

This initiative marks Gyproc’s eighth training center collaboration and the third with Pratham Foundations, focusing on addressing the skilled manpower needs of the construction sector. The program offers specialized training for aspiring Drywall and False-Ceiling Installers. Leveraging the expertise of Saint-Gobain Gyproc and the resources of Pratham, this partnership aims to set a new benchmark for skill development in the Indian interior fit-out sector.
